We build effective processes both internally and externally for all operations to run smoothly and transparently allowing Clients to focus on core business growth and scaling.

We combine the latest knowledge, experience and state-of-the-art technology. We automate document workflow, streamline reporting and implement solutions that really simplify everyday tasks. We focus on latest tools, but above all on relations. Each Client has a dedicated account manager who understands the specifics of their business, stays in regular touch, and provides up-to-date information on changing regulations.

Barbara Bajorek – Co-founder and Owner of Badesta.

She cares about partnerships, relations and development – both of employees and Clients. These values serve as the essential foundation upon which she has built the Company.

As a leader, she is focused on creating an ecosystem where internal teams, subcontractors and business partners work toward a cohesive goal: delivering top-quality services to all Clients.
