Badesta Accounting
We are a Polish accounting office with more than thirty years of experience. We employ professionals and provide services to Clients from various industries, including companies with foreign capital. We have two tax advisors in our team who work exclusively for our regular Clients.
We have maintained a valid ISO 9001 quality management certificate for many years, and in 2025 we implemented and obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certificate – an internationally recognized standard for Information Security Management System.
It may sound a bit corporate, but we are a boutique company – we adapt to our Clients’ needs and focus on long-term cooperation and joint development, in line with our slogan ‘Let’s grow together!’.

How we determine the costs of our services
We are committed to full transparency, so instead of a fixed price list, we present the factors that actually determine the price of our services. We propose the price of accounting services on a case-by-case basis, once we have understood the specifics of the company and the Client’s needs.
First, we evaluate how much time is required to provide services to the Client, and then, based on this, we set a fixed rate. This allows our Clients to control the costs, and for us it is vital to forecast sales and secure our business.
This form of settlement is fair and encourages both parties to streamline processes and maximise performance. It also allows Client ro reduce costs and save time spent on communication and consulting.

What factors influence the pricing of HR & Payroll services in the quotation process
The scope of this service affects its price. During the quotation process, we work with Clients to complete a detailed form concerning the tasks they wish to entrust to us. We also determine the employment structure in terms of the type of contracts concluded (e.g. employment contract, civil law contract, appointment).
As part of our human resources, payroll and social security services, we create payroll files for our Clients that can be uploaded to the bank. We also offer free access to the e-Pracownik platform (attendance and holiday leave tracking, salary information, personal tax statement [PIT] submission). We keep the personal files of new employees as electronic files (e-files).
Clients may choose the following cooperation models:
- Full Human Resources and Payroll services
- Services tailored to the Client's needs, e.g. payroll services with HR consulting
- Payroll services only
- Opting out of such services – an alternative for larger companies with internal HR and payroll departments, interested only in accounting and tax advisory services.
Quotation process
After meeting with a potential Client and understanding their needs and the specifics of their organisation, we prepare an individual quotation within 2-3 days. We include the price in the contract as a fixed rate for accounting services and for servicing one employee. This helps Clients forecast the costs.
Are there any additional charges beyond the monthly fixed rate?
We issue 13 invoices per year – an additional invoice, which is a fee for closing the year, preparing the personal tax assessments (PIT-11) and the financial statement, amounts to 100% of the fee for the last month of the closing year (150% in the case of an audit of the statement by a certified auditor). We also charge an additional fee for preparing interim financial statements (closing the books for the purposes of transformation, opening/closing liquidation). If additional tasks are required, such as correcting previous periods (prior to our cooperation), due diligence services, etc., the fee is agreed individually, based on an hourly rate.

If the number of documents or amount of workload exceeds the limits specified in the contract, we will monitor it for upcoming 3 months to assess whether it is permanent. In consultation with the Client, we analyse possible changes to make our cooperation more effective. If greater effort on our part is still required (e.g. due to the Client’s growth or assignment of additional duties), we negotiate a new monthly fixed rate on a win-win basis.
We want to provide our Clients with predictable costs and the top quality services, therefore we tailor the cooperation model to their real needs.
